Grown at 4000 feet atop the Sierra Madres range in western Mexico, the Strictly Height Grown coffee is organically grown among an abundant and diverse shade canopy. A medium-bodied coffee it offers a smooth and balanced character, with a sweet and nutty finish.

This Sumatra retains its full-bodied flavor through the all-natural Swiss Water Process decaffeination. As a French Roast, this coffee exhibits all of the finest qualities found in a non-decaf Sumatra Mandheling — fully body, rich aroma, and a long finish.
